Chief Minister of Kerala is the chairperson of the Governing Body of ICCS, and the Minister for Environment is the chairperson of the Executive Committee.Director, ICCS, is the Member Secretary of both the Committees. The Scientific and Academic Council with experts in the climate change related sectors, constituted under the chairmanship of the Director, ICCS, is the research and academic policy making body. The Director is the Chief Executive Officer of the Institute.
